First off, a huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Fountain Pen Day this year. You absolutely blew us away! This was the biggest Fountain Pen Day event we have ever had at Atlas Stationers, both in the shop and online, and we are still smiling about it. Your enthusiasm, your support, and your love for stationery and pens mean the world to us.
With all the excitement came a surge of orders, and our shipping team has been working hard to get everything moving. We are making great progress each day and we expect to be back to our normal shipping speeds toward the end of next week. If you are still waiting for your order, thank you for hanging in there. My rewards points DROPPED by 500 points (900 to 400) but when I cancelled the order, the points did not come back.

Hi there! I placed an ORDER #301745 on the 8th of November with economy shipping and its not arrived and still shows as having not shipped out and will be late. With that said I wanted to send this because I also just got a $350 pen today Sunday Nov 16th #304523 with the fastest most expensive expedited shipping for $22.99, which shows as being delivered at the latest Wednesday the 19th. Can you please include the late items from the order referenced 301745 in the Expedited package that is to be Delivered on the 18th of November (this Tuesday) as it would have been the same price for shipping if I had placed that previous order at the same time and if it had shipped out on time would have been delivered by then anyways If you could do that, it would be a huge help! Thanks a bunch! I really like ordering from you all price wise and hope to continue so going forward for most of my needs!
