Pickup Location

In-Store Pickup is free and available at our retail store, Atlas Stationers, 227 W. Lake Street, Chicago, IL 60606.

Store Inventory

Our website shows our combined inventory from our retail store and our nearby warehouse. An item that shows in stock online may not be on the store shelves. If you are coming in for a specific item, please order it online and select In-Store Pickup at checkout so it is waiting for you.

When Your Order Is Ready

Your order is not ready until you receive your “Ready for Pickup” email. Items already at the store are usually ready within 24 hours. Some items are brought over from our warehouse and may take longer.

Picking Up Your Order

Pickup orders are held at the back register during regular store hours: Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm. Hours may vary on holidays.

Please bring your order number or order confirmation email. Someone else may pick up your order for you as long as they have the order number.

Hold Period

We hold pickup orders for 30 days after we send your “Ready for Pickup” email. If your order has not been picked up, we will send you a reminder email. Orders not picked up within the hold period will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Returns

Pickup orders follow our standard Return Policy.
