PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY:

All payments are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges offered for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend, illness, or dissatisfaction with the event. Please ensure you can attend before completing your registration.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE:

By attending this event, participants grant Atlas Stationers and event sponsors permission to use photographs, videos, or other recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes across all media platforms without additional compensation or permission.

ALLERGEN NOTICE:

Our materials may contain or have come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to latex, adhesives, and paper products. Participants with known allergies should take necessary precautions and notify staff of any concerns before the event.

MATERIALS POLICY:

All complimentary materials provided are for use during the event and to take home. While we strive to provide ample supplies, materials are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Supplemental materials may be available for purchase.

ADULT SUPERVISION:

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who will remain present and responsible for them throughout the entire event.
