Pre-orders are items currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer pre-orders for most coming soon products so you do not miss out on limited edition releases. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are located in the description and are subject to change.

Pre-orders must be placed as a separate order

Pre-order items must be purchased on their own order, separate from in-stock items. You are welcome to combine multiple pre-order items in one order, but in-stock items need to be checked out separately. This lets us ship your in-stock items right away instead of holding them until a pre-order arrives.

If your cart contains both pre-order and in-stock items, you will be asked to choose which items to keep before you can check out. The other items can be purchased on a separate order.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive the pre-ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has shipped. If your order includes more than one pre-order item, we will ship your order complete once all items have arrived. Please contact us if you would like items to ship as they arrive.

When will you charge me for my item?

To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.
