Are these items available for pick-up?
Yes. Customers shopping online can choose in-store pickup at checkout.
If a pick-up order is placed, will it be available within the same day?
It will take 3-5 business days for our team to process all launch orders for pick up. We expect to be offering same day pick up once all FPD orders are processed. Please do not arrive in-store for a pick-up order until you have received an email from us that your order is ready.
Are items reserved when adding to cart?
No. Items are only reserved once checkout has been completed. Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability, so we recommend checking out promptly to secure your items.
Can I edit orders once submitted?
No. Due to the influx of orders and limited availability, we are unable to modify orders once they are placed. We kindly ask you not to cancel or attempt to edit orders as this will have an effect on available inventory for other customers.
Expected shipping time.
Due to high demand, the estimated shipping timelines shown during checkout may not be accurate. We expect all Economy & Standard orders to ship within 7-10 business days. Express orders should ship within 3-5 business days.
