A collection that brings with it the excitement of the most famous archaeological discovery of the 20th century, on its 100th anniversary.
The pen is made of ivory acrylic resin and features engravings of scenes taken from the graves using the scrimshaw technique, colored and enamelled by hand. The metalwork, made of sterling silver, is plated with satin-finished yellow gold. The box, made of wood, is supported by an olive wood pedestal. The latter has an external laser engraving with the name of the collection. The box inside is completely covered with red flocked fabric and has the Visconti logo hot stamped in yellow gold.
The Tutankhamun fountain pen, decorated with engravings and hand-colored, features the Power Filler double reservoir filling system. The nib is yellow gold plated like all the pen’s metalwork. The closure system is the screw-lock.
