Enhance your writing experience at our Holiday Expo with the expert services of nib smith, Matthew Chen (@Pactagon), who will be available to tune or grind your fountain pen nibs to perfection. Reserve your spot with a $10 placeholder, which will be deducted from your final payment upon arrival. Nib appointments are available from 10am-5pm CT on December 13th & 14th. Outside of these hours, there may be limited time where the nibmeister will accommodate walk-ins on a first come, first serve basis. Sign-up sheets for the walk-in appointments will be located near the nibmeister's station at Atlas Stationers, however, we strongly recommend reserving your time slot ahead of time. Donā€™t miss this opportunity to refine your writing tools and enhance your penmanship!Ā Ā 

Appointment times run for 20 minutes & multiple pens can be worked on within this time frame depending on extent of grind / adjustment. No cancellations / refunds.

Pre-orders are items currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer pre-orders for most coming soon products so you do not miss out on limited edition releases. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are located in the description and are subject to change.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive the pre-ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If your order includes in stock and pre-order items we will ship your order complete when all items are in stock. Please contact us if you request in stock items to ship first.

When will you charge me for my item?

To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Atlas is happy to offer free shipping for orders over $75. Shipping for orders below $75 will start at $7.99.Ā  Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.Ā  Once your order ships, we will e-mail you a tracking number so you may track it atĀ UPS.comĀ orĀ USPS.com. Please note transit times do not include weekends and holidays and deliveries only occur on business days.

We do offer express shipping.Ā  Please noteĀ expressĀ orders will be shipped out within 1 business day.Ā  Transit time begins when the order ships and does not include holidays and weekends.Ā  Some products are not able to ship express.

We are unable to ship to freight forwarders at this time.

International shipping is available for select countries.Ā  We offer a standard shipping option for a flat rate of $25.Ā  Once your order ships, we will e-mail you a tracking number so you may track it atĀ UPS.comĀ orĀ USPS.com. Please note transit times do not include weekends and holidays and deliveries only occur on business days.

Most international orders are delivered within 7-20 business days after shipping.Ā  Unfortunately delays can occur and it can take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

The recipient will be responsible to pay any duties or taxes.Ā  If a shipment is returned to us for failure to pay any duties or taxes we can re-ship your order for an additional shipping charge.Ā  We can also cancel and refund your order excluding the original shipping charge.

We now offer international shipping to the following countries -Ā Canada, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

We have a minimum order threshold of $200 (product cost after discount) for orders shipping to the United Kingdom.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund for the merchandise.Ā  You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
If you have inked your fountain pen, please contact us for return options.

Requesting a Return Authorization

To return an item, please use ourĀ Return Portal.

Within 24 hours of receiving your request, we will e-mail you return instructions, including a return shipping label.Ā  For standard returns, we will deduct a flat rate of $5.99 for the cost of the return label from your refund.Ā  If your return is due to a product defect, we will issue a return label at no additional cost to you.

Packaging and Sending Returns

Once you receive your return shipping label via email, carefully repackage the item in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.). Do not write on the product packaging. Please package the item appropriately for shipment.

Once received by our Returns Department, Atlas Stationers accepts full responsibility for all merchandise. We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession.

If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse refund completely.

If you ordered the item incorrectly or change your mind about an item, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, restockable item, less shipping costs.

Returns Without Prior Authorization

If a return is received without prior return authorization, the shipment may be refused and/or returned to you at your cost.

Manufacturer Warranties

Unless noted otherwise on our site, all products are sold with the full manufacturer warranty. The period and service of the warranty varies depending on the manufacturer and product. If you experience problems with an item after the 30-day period has expired, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Processing Refunds/Replacements

As soon as we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process the items. Replacements and refunds are normally processed withinĀ 3-5 business days.

International Returns

Please emailĀ info@atlasstationers.comĀ for international return requests.Ā  We are unable to issue return labels for countries outside the US at this time.Ā  All return shipping fees will be paid by the customer.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
